After twenty years as a Store manager in the retail grocery industry, and watching his peers either take stress leaves or have heart attacks, Scott Paton decided it was time to try somethng new if he did not want to end up in the same boat.
It wasnt like he wasn’t successful, he managed stores that sold ten’s of millions of dollars of groceries annually, trained future store managers, and made millions of dollars in profits for the company.
In 1994, he recognized the beginning of the computer age, taught himself how to use one, and by 1996, Scott was travelling across the country teaching business people how to use their computers.
Many of his students asked him if he could make web sites for them. With no clue how to build them, Scott jumped in feet first. After a while his clients asked him how to drive traffic to their sites. Scott studied Corey Rudl’s system and built a list of 23,000 in 11 months for one client.
One the world’s top Internet Marketing companies approached Scott about joining them. Within 6 months, he was leading a team of 25 Mentors. Some of Scott’s clients doubled their income while working with him. Others took sites that were making very little and grew their sales into $10,000, $20,000 and even $40,000 a month.
Within a year, he was featured in their Blogging for Dollars DVD as Scott was travelling all over the world speaking in front of thousands of entrepreneurs about blogging and podcasting to standing ovations.

His Weight Loss and the Mind Podcast with Shane James grew to over 21,000 subscribers in less than six months. One of his clients used podcasting to increase their sales $30,000 in three months.
